I came to USA with my wife and two sons in December 31, 1991 as a visitors and filed my asylum application on 11/01/1992. The application is still pending. Now my oldest son turn 21 years old and became independant. What should he do? In december 2002 my younger son will turn 21. What should he do?

You can wait, since you probably have a legal permission to live here, based on your pettition. Or, if you don't want to wait, your children can apply for the same status independently.
