i have been trying to find ways to immigrate to the United States since 2000. currently i am on F1 status. i am eligible for H1B (BA in ESL) but i will definitely face a problem finding a sponsor. someone suggested that i try political asylum thru an evangelist church, someone says i should marry a citizen but now i don't have any one who would agree :( what are the most common ways to immigrate now? which is the fastest? how much do i have to pay for a concise attorney consultation on this issue?
