If you have extra money-hire an attorney, if not - do it yourself. You'll have to contact you local INS and INS in DC by phone or in writing, better in writing and with registered mail, KEEP ALL RECEIPTS, it will be your proof. Don't wait 7 months in between visits to INS, get on their nerves, go at least every month. Ask your husband to write or to call your state congressman. The bad news is - you don't know how long it will take, the good news is - by the time you get your interview you'll be married for over 2 years and should get a regular green card right away and not a conditional one. Good luck!
