| How to get my son to US? |

My question is - is it possible to get my son of 19 years old to US earlier then 990 - 999 days. Texas INS send me note that My Son now has number and during 990 days will get the Information from US Embassy. My son lives in Kazakhstan. Can he at least Visit us...? Or Can we try to get him here to Florida as International Student..? Why it takes so long - 3 years??!! for Immigration of our children..?
