What does it mean "is coming from Israel for good"? In what status she is comming - a tourist, a relative, a DV winner?
Unless she is comming as refugee, which absolutely implausible hypothesis, she is not entitled to any benefits because someone had to submit an Affidavit of Support for her behalf, and thus obliged to support her for five years. Лев Кобрин - имя, которому верят!!!

Response for: Lev Kobrin at 11/23/2003 11:09:00 PM Dear Lev,
Is there anything you can advice....I can't support my mother, I can't afford the medical insurance, or rent payment, is there anything....anything at all, she can
qualify for? I believe her status is going to be an immigrant .
What if I'll tell the....who ever we will have to talk to,some government office, that we don't have a relationship any longer and I 'm refusing to support her?
I appreciate your response.
Thank you.
