B форме I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization)
есть 2 статуса "пароль".
1. "Paroled as a refugee" (a)(4).
К EAD надо приложить Form I-94, Departure Record.
2. "Paroled in the Public Interest". (c)(11)
Paroled into the Unated States for reasons
strictly in the public interest.
В чем отличие этих статусов ?
