What is your current status?
There are a couple of different ways depending on your situation: you either can go study into some kind of Community College (not as much expensive as private college!) and apply on student visa. But you have to be a full-time student ONLY!
After graduation, you will receive a work permit good for up to 6 years (if I am not mistaken!) Than, you can apply on GC through your job.
Another way is a marriage to an US Citizen.
