Привет!
Я хочу попробовать H2B визу
У меня длинная история: в 1998 отказ по гостевой - в 1999 я ездил по Work&Travel (J1) на 4 месяца - в 2002 отказ по гостевой (все было через Екатеринбургское консульство)
Стоит ли мне пытаться теперь получить визу (какую-либо)?
Насколько реально получить Н2В?
Каковы приемущества и недостатки Н3В?
Сейчас я заканчиваю вуз (буду с высшим образованием)

Overview:
The H-2B classification applies to an alien coming temporarily to engage in temporary or seasonal Nonagricultural employment.
Definition:
U.S. employers may petition for skilled alien workers to meet temporary or seasonal needs in positions for which qualified U.S. workers are not available. It is important to note that the services for which the employer requests H-2B labor approval and the employer's need for such services must be temporary.
Eligibility(Pre-requisites, nationality): Foreign Non-Agricultural Workers.
Who can apply(Occupations/Professionals/Person):
Foreign Non-Agricultural Workers with an temporary offer of employment in US.
How to apply:
US employer must first apply for a labor certification from the Department of Labor to demonstrate that U.S. workers are not available and that the wages and working conditions meet regional standards. The petition (Form I-129) must be filed by a U.S. employer. It should be filed with:
- An original valid temporary agricultural labor certification from the Department of Labor.
If the application is denied because it is determined that U.S. workers are available but
they do not subsequently appear at the work site, the petition should be filed with a copy
of that agency's denial or a certification and appeal, and evidence that qualified domestic
labor is unavailable; and
- Copies of evidence that each named alien met the requirements as stated when applying
for the labor certification.
Annual Quota: 66,000
Documentation Required/Relevant Form:
Each applicant for a temporary worker visa must pay a nonrefundable US$45 application fee and submit:
1) An application Form DS-156, completed and signed. Blank forms are available without
charge at all U.S. consular offices;
2) A passport valid for travel to the United States and with a validity date at least six
months beyond the applicant's intended period of stay in the United States. If more
than one person is included in the passport, each person desiring a visa must make an
application;
3) One photograph 1 and 1/2 inches square (37x37mm) for each applicant, showing full
face, against a light background; and
4) A notice of approval, Form I-797.

Привет!
Так в Москве фирмы за 1600 вечнозеленых прдлагают комплекс услуг от нахождения работодателя до оформления визы в консульстве. По их требованиям я подхожу, Но в том то и вопрос - после имеющихся отказов Стоит ли пытаться мне получить визу? Каковы мои шансы?
А вообще меня интересует легальный способ выезда - а там наверно можно поменять на другую визу(?) и остаться. Вообщем хочу туда (США) навсегда (родственники (тетя (гражданин) - сестра отца) там есть - помогут)
Так что если другие способы есть посоветуйте плз!!!
