I am working, but my husband is currently unemployed. and getting unemployment benefits. He was working full-time at the company while having his business in addition to that. In July 2003, his company got liquividated. Now, he is getting unemployment benefits.I would like to ask you two questions.
My first question is related to our business. My husband has business registered under his name. This business is seasonal and the last time we were getting some income from it was back in June 2003 when my husband was still employed at the time. At present time, we would like to re-open this business in November 2003 for 2 months. We are renting some space at the mall to do photo souvenirs. We are wondering if the income received from his business in November-December 2003 will affect his unemployment benefits and how? Should he report the job at his business as a place of job to the Unemployment Agency regadless whether the business is profitable or not?
My second question is related to rental income we are receiving from our rental property (rented to tenants under Federal Program section 8). Will it affect the unemployment benefits and how?

Вы бы лучше писали по-русски.
У меня муж тоже сейчас получает анэмплоимент (и не в первый раз). Так что я вам расскажу. Если муж будет получать инком, он должен немедленно (обычно после 2х пэй чеков) сообщить в анэмплоимент агенство. Ему снимут анэмплоимент бенефиты на то время которое он будет получать инком, но как только он перестанет получать инком, он может отять подать на анэмплоимент и, если он не вырал все свои деньги, ему будут платить дальше. Как узнать не выдрал ли он все деньги? Очень легко, на пэй стабе который ему приходит каждую неделю внизу есть сумма которая ему положена и сколько осталось денег от этой суммы.
Рентал инком не играет роли. Равно как и, допустим, если бы вы продали квартиру и получили деньги от продажи.
