hi there, i have been working in portugal for some years but WANT to relocate to the States. I have heard that people with University (Institute) degrees can do that. can understand that my diploma (a teacher of English and German) is nothing in the US, but anyway - what are my chances to get working visa for any kind of work to get America and later remain there.

Учительский диплом это очень даже много!
Например, у нас в штате острая нехватка учителей. Кое-кто из моих знакомых с учительскими дипломами сдали экзамены на лицензию и работают.
Очень большая нужда в учителях для специального обучения.В прошлом году, насколько я знаю, школы даже делали рабочие визы.

собираюсь летом в штаты, по прог-ме work&travel. но ничего толком низнаю. please, напишите на мыло подробности: где лучше жить, кем работать, сколько и за что платят, как найти работу и подобную информацию. заранее всем спасибо.

Thank you very much for ur answer. It sounds promising. My problem is that I am out of the US, so it is difficult to find something being like that.
