My brother from Ukraine got 'parol' status in Moscow in June 2002.
I sent all of paper to Washington, how can I contact them (by the phone or email)
to find out when my brother could come here.
I send them allready request letter, but no answer.
I called to Moscow MOM they said I'll receive paper earlier than them from
Washington. It's already 6 months passed and no answer...
Could you please, let me know way to get some information from them.
Before we had that Washington refuge Center and it's not any more.
