Mne interesno, kakovy shansy poluchenija H1B, esli est' BS in business, poluchennaja v US na F1 statuse. Vysokiy GPA, no nebol'shoj opyt raboty. Takzhe, ne mogli by Vy skazat' stoit li v ukazannoj vyshe situacii pomyshljat' o Employment third preference (E3) vize.

You should be able to find an employer in your field an receive a H1B1 visa when they will be available again. Until then, you have to make sure that you stay in status by applying for whatever visa you can get or F1 carriculum practical training which is good for a year after graduation. Good luck.
