| problem with the managment buliding |

I rented a apartment in a capertive on the second year they reaised the rent by 12 % and the second year is about to end and they called form the managment adn they said that they wont give us a new list and takein us to court becuase of there are to many complatins about us. we intrested in if they could increse they rent by 12 % and could they throw us out the buliding. i live with a wife and 2 children, one is 15 years old and the other is 11 years old. i have many question for you how can i get answer for my questions and can you be my lawyer in court. how can i make an apointment

Landlord DOES have a right to increase rent price (and usually does so every year), in Florida it's about 10%, since NY state is more expensive, 12% doesn't sound too far off the price increase limit.
Landlord DOES have a right not to renew your lease agreement if there were complaints about you or your family from other tenants.
It sounds like it's time for you to look for another apartment.
