Я живу с мужем и 9-ти летним ребенком . Скоро должен родиться еще один ребенок. Работает только муж. Годовой доход 24,000 в год. Имеется ли единовременное пособие на ребенка при рождении? Могу ли я его получить? где? Могу ли я получать денежную помощь от государства? Надо ли нам платить гос. налог при нашем доходе?

Your income for 4 people is higher that a 125% of Poverty Guidelines which usually used for qualifying! It should be less than $22,062 for family of 4 as of 2001!

Your husband can claim more exemptions and will bring home more cash after a second child will be born. And your husband will earn another child income credit (meaning you probably will get a tax return at the end of the year), but that's about it!
