Have you ever feel lost, tired and empty and there is no place in the world where you can be happy? Have you ever feel like you are not that joyful person any longer? Is there anyone who can give some advise how to servive?

Hi, Vita! i guess i've been down that road a couple of times. i don't believe there's any sort of universal panacea for your problem. it is all very personal. the practice that has always worked for me is turn on the music you enjoy and think of something pleasant. relax! it certainly is NOT the end of the world because some blockhead trampled on your feelings. there are millions of them around! perk up and keep smiling --- it should help :)
