Good day! I got GC(conditional)on my maiden name, but twice(last April- for Empl. Autoriz.Card & this March- on INS interview) I told them that we want GC on my marriage name(clerk filled form& I signed it on marr. name). Clerk wrote exp.date GC next March in my passport,but in GC exp.date on March 2005. This October it'll be 2 years of our official marriage. When have we to apply for removing my status?When do better change my name: now or when they agree to remove conditional status? Thank you.
