I am sorry for disturbing you one more time, but I have J-1 visa and valid DS-2019 I am suppose to be trainee, but at my host I am not training but working 10 hours per day 6 days a week, and get for this only 800$ per month. I wrote a letter to organisation( in USA) which send me here. But they told me that I should do all my best (they were meaning to work hard). So I want to learn is there any difference between trainee and worker,and is it legal to use me as a worker. How can I defend my rights? Whom should I call or explain this? And if there is nothing I can do if I will start work illegally in other city, and use fake ID what is there biggest punishment for me, I mean is it departure or I can go to jail.

И тюрьма и депортация. Я бы добавил еще расстрел за глубые вопросы на нашем форуме, уважаемый "правдоискатель".
